The Low-Cal Daiquiri

Daiquiri

**Having a really good ice crusher, blender, or something like a Hawaiian Ice machine is helpful for this one.

1.5 oz rum

3-4 oz strawberry sugar free drink mix (like Crystal Light)

1/2 c unsweetened frozen strawberries

Splash of lemon juice

 Mix above ingredients in blender and pour into a standard cocktail glass. Tip: Freeze your own fresh, cleaned and chopped strawberries in portion bags for future use.

Garnish with a dollop light whipped topping and a sliced strawberry.

Approximately 120 calories.

This drink is a fun addition to an afternoon by the pool!
