Lightly-Toasted Almond

1 oz Amaretto

2 oz diet Sprite

Splash of fat-free coffee creamer

Mix amaretto and diet sprite. Pour over ice in a High Ball glass. Top with the splash of fat-free creamer. 

Garnish with 1 Maraschino cherry. 

Approximately 120 calories

You’ll be glad you skipped dessert if you opt for this fabulous drink.  Best described as an after-dinner cordial, this drink has become one of our favorites.  Heavy cream, which is packed with saturated fat, calories, and cholesterol, has been replaced with fat-free liquid coffee creamer. This is the secret to this drink’s low-calorie success.  Garnish with a fresh bing cherry (remember: fresh fruit first!)
